This contract is governed by Italian law.
In the event of disputes arising from this contract, or otherwise connected with the relationship between Kontatto and the Customer, mandatory territorial jurisdiction lies with the court of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer, where located within Italian territory.

Kontatto warrants that the products conform to those covered by the contract from the moment of delivery and for the following 2 years, except where the Customer knew (or could reasonably have known) of the lack of conformity, or where the defects are attributable to the Customer.
To make use of the warranty, the Customer must notify Kontatto of the lack of conformity within 2 months of discovering the defect, requesting the repair or replacement of the products. The Customer has the right to choose between repair and replacement, unless the chosen remedy is objectively impossible or disproportionately costly compared with the other. Repair or replacement will be carried out by Kontatto within a reasonable period from the request.
Where repair or replacement are impossible or disproportionately costly, the Customer may request, at their choice, an appropriate price reduction or the termination of the contract, with the consequent refund of the amounts already paid.
The Customer may likewise request an appropriate price reduction where the seller has not repaired or replaced the products within the reasonable period referred to above.
The Customer may not, in any case, rely on the remedy of termination of the contract for minor defects in respect of which it has not been possible, or would be disproportionately costly, to repair or replace the products.
The burden of proving that the defect or its cause already existed at the time of delivery, and that the defect appeared within the following 2 years, lies with the Customer;
