Every purchase made through the website www.zalqivoren.info, or through the use of the Kontatto App, is governed by the following GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Definitions
CONSUMER: a natural person who makes purchases for purposes unrelated to any entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out, pursuant to art. 3 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014 (Italian Consumer Code).

CUSTOMER: a consumer purchaser who has received confirmation of the purchase order from Kontatto S.r.l.

USER: a consumer visiting the website who has not yet received confirmation of the purchase order from Kontatto S.r.l.

Identity of the contracting parties: This contract is entered into between Kontatto S.r.l., with registered office in Italy, Argelato (BO), via dei Cardatori, VAT no. 01767741208 (hereinafter also referred to simply as Kontatto) and the Customer, who declares that they reside in Italy and are at least eighteen years of age.
By presenting the products on the website www.zalqivoren.info or on the Kontatto App, both owned by Kontatto, Kontatto invites Users of the website and of the App to submit a purchase proposal to it. Such invitations to make an offer are not binding on Kontatto, which remains free to accept or not accept the proposals submitted.
The User and the Customer undertake to keep their access credentials for the website www.zalqivoren.info and for the Kontatto App diligently, and to adopt all appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised third parties and/or minors from making purchases using the credentials of the User or of the Customer.

Validity and amendment of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale: The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are available on the website www.zalqivoren.info and on the Kontatto App so that they can easily be consulted by the User at any time, and must be accepted upon registration on the website www.zalqivoren.info or on the Kontatto App. They may be stored on the device used by the User (computer, smartphone or tablet), sent by e-mail to an address chosen by the User and/or reproduced in paper form by printing.
Kontatto reserves the right to update, amend and/or supplement the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which may be consulted by the User in the same ways described in the previous paragraph. They must be accepted again by the User before submitting purchase orders. Kontatto expressly reserves the right to make the User's ability to submit purchase proposals subject to the prior acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale as updated, amended and/or supplemented in their most recent version.

Definition and subject matter of the contract: This contract is a distance contract pursuant to letter g) of art. 45 of the Italian Consumer Code, and its content, conclusion and performance are governed by that legislation. The dealings between Kontatto and the Customer are also governed in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 (legislation on electronic commerce).
The subject matter of the contract is the sale of women's clothing falling within the so-called "pronto moda" category and, in particular, women's "total look" outfits, consisting of knitwear, cut-and-sewn garments and accessories, all produced and marketed by Kontatto and bearing the Kontatto brand;
The essential characteristics of the products are those set out in the description of each product offered for sale through the website www.zalqivoren.info and the Kontatto App.

Purchase procedure: To purchase one or more products, the User must first register on the website www.zalqivoren.info or through the Kontatto App, providing - in full compliance with personal data protection provisions and under the conditions detailed in the Privacy Policy - all the data necessary to allow Kontatto to fulfil the orders submitted, which may also be transmitted to the commercial partners involved in payment processing, order fulfilment and/or shipping of the products.
The User may select one or more products they intend to purchase by adding them to the virtual "cart", whose contents can always be viewed by clicking on the relevant link before submitting the order.
The order submission procedure can only begin once the User has registered. By clicking the "BUY" button, the registered User starts the order submission procedure, during which the User will in any case be able to review the data entered by clicking the "BACK" or "←" button, so as to identify and correct any incorrect information.
The User's proposal is deemed sent to Kontatto upon final submission of the order, which takes place by clicking the "PAY NOW" button. Following this action, the order is to be regarded for all purposes as a contractual proposal made by the User;
Within three days of the submission of the order, Kontatto will send an e-mail to the e-mail account provided by the User upon registration, communicating whether or not the order is accepted. This communication will be preceded by the sending (automatically generated) of an acknowledgement of receipt of the order, which does not, however, constitute acceptance of the proposal sent by the User.
The purchase is concluded when Kontatto, having received the order and verified that the products are still available, sends the Customer the order confirmation and the related purchase invoice, with an itemised indication of the products purchased, the number of products ordered, their price and the amount of the shipping costs.
If one or more of the products ordered are unavailable, Kontatto will inform the Customer by e-mail to ask for confirmation of the purchase order for the remaining available products. In any case, the unavailability of one or more of the products ordered does not entitle the Customer to cancel the remainder of the order.
The order form will be stored in Kontatto's database for the period of time necessary to fulfil the orders and in any case within the periods established by law.

Reservations: Kontatto will not accept orders from Users who do not qualify as consumers, as defined in art. 1 above.
Kontatto reserves the right not to accept orders providing for shipping outside Italy.
Kontatto will not be liable for delivery errors due to inaccuracies or omissions in the completion of the order, or for the Customer being unreachable.

Prices: The sale prices of the products shown on the website www.zalqivoren.info and/or available on the Kontatto App include VAT, do not include shipping costs and may change without notice. Such changes will not affect purchases already concluded at the date of the change.
The order form contains, among other things, a summary of the essential characteristics of each product ordered and its price (inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties), the payment method chosen, the delivery methods for the products purchased and the related costs.
Before sending the order, the Customer must read its entire content carefully, and identify and correct any data entry errors using the means made available under art. 4 above.

Delivery and payment: The Customer must pay the price of the products ordered, including the amount of the shipping costs, at the same time as submitting the order. If the order is not accepted, Kontatto will send an e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Customer upon registration, stating that the contract has not been concluded and the reasons why the purchase order was not fulfilled, and will refund the amounts already paid by the Customer.
