Shipping policy

Courtesy translation. This English text is provided for information purposes only: the Italian version of this policy is the legally binding one and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

The products ordered will be shipped within three days from the sending of the order confirmation. In any case, the products will be delivered within the period established by law.
Should Kontatto be unable to deliver within the legal period indicated above and the Customer has not agreed an additional delivery period with Kontatto, the purchase shall be deemed cancelled, and the amounts paid by the Customer under the contract will be refunded within 30 days from the day following the day the order was sent.
